Mark Longhurst (Longy) Surfing SA's junior head coach is running an intermediate surfing program during the term 2 to develop their fitness/flexibility, wave knowledge, surfing technique, competition drills, maneurve selection and knowledge, including video analysis. 

The course will run on the South Coast, Middleton area on Saturday mornings from 9am til 11am.  Course is directed at up & coming junior surfers who have their own equipment and can confidently catch green waves & traverse across the face.  Surfers will receive surfing footage.
