The Hyundai Surfing Australia High Performance Centre (HPC) is an Olympic Training Centre located in Casuarina NSW, just 15 minutes south of the Gold Coast and 30 minutes north of Byron Bay.
In addition to supporting Australian athletes to become the world’s best surfers and people, we offer bespoke packages for conferences, workshops, corporate events, leadership retreats, team building and incentive trips.
With onsite accommodation, conference rooms, in-house catering, team building activities and a fleet of Hyundai vehicles all under one roof, the HPC is the ideal base for any business to build a high performing team.
We’ve used the HPC a number of times for corporate/exec retreats. It’s a unique space where you can be talking about world-class performance while sitting in board shorts and a t-shirt and it still feels authentic. Great setup, awesome staff who are always keen to help, it’s a hidden gem for SEQ/Northern Rivers.

Our onsite accommodation is located on levels 1 and 2 of the centre and can accommodate up to 42 guests with different room configurations to suit every budget.
Groups staying onsite have access to a large common area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining tables and lounges which lead directly in to our large conference room – the perfect space to keep your team connected.

Coming from Sydney, I was yet to find meeting rooms/facilities that met the high standard held down there in the big smoke, so I was delighted to find the HPC. The relaxed yet inspiring sporting atmosphere just adds to the whole experience, as do the rockstar staff who are entirely helpful throughout all stages of the booking plus they’re always willing to lend a hand onsite. Oh, and the fresh made in-house catering is DELICIOUS!

Take advantage of the surrounding region with our fleet of Hyundai vehicles that can transport up to 32 delegates. We also offer airport transfers from Gold Coast and Ballina airports.
