SURFING WORLD CHAMPIONS LAYNE BEACHLEY, PAM BURRIDGE, PAULINE MENCZER, JODIE COOPER AND WENDY BOTHA TO EMBARK ON NATIONAL Q&A TOUR

Wednesday 10th February, 2021 – Madman Entertainment has today announced surfing world champions Layne Beachley, Pam Burridge, Pauline Menczer, Jodie Cooper and Wendy Botha will embark on a national Q&A tour ahead of the highly anticipated theatrical release of GIRLS CAN’T SURF on March 11.

From Australian filmmaker Christopher Nelius, GIRLS CAN’T SURFfollows the inspiring true story of a group of rebellious female surfers in the 1980s who took on the male-dominated professional surfing world in a fight for inclusion, recognition and equality.

The Q&A tour comprises of 11 live events across NSW and QLD from Tuesday 9 February to Sunday 7 March, culminating in a special International Women’s Day screening on Monday 8 March at participating sitesfollowed by a live virtual Q&A with Layne Beachley, Pam Burridge, Pauline Menczer, Jodie Cooper, Wendy Botha and Christopher Nelius cast simultaneously at select cinemas throughout the nation.
