A national junior development squad with a mission to identify, nurture, and develop the next generation of Australian female surfing talent — while building a strong, sustainable national coaching network that empowers and supports long-term success.
Applications are now open for U14, U16, and U18 athletes, closing 26 January at 5:00pm (AEDT).
The twelve selected athletes will attend two high-performance national development camps, featuring peer-to-peer learning, technical and tactical coaching, physical preparation support, and performance mindset development. All travel and camp expenses are covered.
Camp One: 23–26 February 2026
Camp Two: 3–6 August 2026
