Surfing Australia is excited to announce Le Tan as its official sun protection partner.

Kicking off this month, the collaboration aims to promote safe and enjoyable surfing experiences for athletes and surfing enthusiasts alike.

Le Tan sunscreens are Australian-made and owned, Oxybenzone free and tested on athletes not animals. Their products offer extreme high-performance UV protection for high-performance people.

Le Tan Marketing Manager, Nikki Zarra said: “As a proudly Australian-owned and operated brand, we are proud to partner with a community-based organisation like Surfing Australia. Through this collaboration, we can ensure that surfers across the country have access to top-quality sun protection, allowing them to enjoy the waves while keeping their skin safe.”

Le Tan will be the official partner of all Surfing Australia events including the Australian Surf Championships, Woolworths Surfer Groms Comps, Woolworths Junior National Titles, the Hyundai Surfing High Performance Centre and more.

Surfing Australia Head of Partnerships, Clarissa Pike said: “Le Tan’s commitment to sun protection aligns perfectly with Surfing Australia’s mission of promoting health and wellbeing in the sport. With Australia’s extreme conditions, beautiful beaches and strong surfing culture, it’s crucial that we prioritise sun protection.

“This partnership reflects a shared passion for outdoor adventure and a strong dedication to protecting the skin of surfers across Australia, allowing them to pursue their passion while staying safe under the sun. We’re excited to have Le Tan as our official sun protection partner at Surfing Australia events, and we look forward to a successful partnership heading into summer.”

Le Tan products will also be available at the Hyundai Surfing Australia High Performance Centre.
