What’s the place we hang out at most, secondary to the ocean? Online is probably up there, right? So, just like rules regarding right-of-wave, dropping in, and those who decide that surfing without a leggie in a crowded line-up is a reasonable idea, there are things we can put in place to make online a more pleasant and safer place to be.
Safer Internet Day, on Tuesday 11th February, 2025, is an annual global day of action dedicated to raising awareness of online safety. On this, page you’ll find a few tips and links to resources to ensure your online sessions are filled with as much stoke as your surfing ones.
The eSafety Commissioner leads the day in Australia and they’re calling on all Australians to help make the internet a safer, and more positive place.
